Your Personal Information and Disclosure to Third Parties

When ordering product from our online store, creating an account with us, submitting an email to us, joining our mailing list, registering a product for its warranty, and/or submitting a warranty claim, we may receive and store the following information from you that may include the following:

We do not sell,share, trade, or disclose our customers’ personal information with any third parties except when required to do so by law.

Emails

By providing us with your email, you may receive periodic emails or mailers from us with new product announcements, events or promotions. If you would like to stop receiving these emails, please email us, Attention: Unsubscribe from Raptic, at support@rapticstrong.com to be removed from the list.

Children's Privacy

We do not structure our website to attract children. Accordingly, we do not knowingly collect information from anyone who is age 13 and under.

Business Transaction

If Raptic is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal information may be transferred as a business asset.  In such cases, we reserve the right to transfer your personal information, without advance notice to you, in order to continue providing uninterrupted service.  In the event your personal information is transferred and/or becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy, a notification will be provided to you.

California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits Raptic customers who are California residents to request certain information regarding its disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information.  You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

To make such a request, please send an e-mail to support@rapticstrong.com or write to: Customer Service, 1171 South Robertson Blvd Box 146, Los Angeles, CA 90035. We will endeavor to respond to requests made and provide the information within 30 days of receipt of request. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request.  We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identify or authority to make the request.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as we have outlined in this Privacy Policy Raptic reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post those changes on this page or by notice on our homepage, so that you are always aware of the information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. We will post a notice on this page for thirty (30) calendar days prior to the implementation of any material changes to this Privacy Policy. Such notice will provide information as to how you may remove your information from our database should you so desire.  Your use or continued use of our website after we post modifications to our Privacy Policy will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
